Referral Program Guidelines

Eligibility: The referral program is open to all existing candidates/employees/partners of Aptech Staffing, who are of legal age in their respective jurisdictions.

Referral Method: Referrals can be made through the designated referral page on our website or any other approved referral channels provided by Aptech Staffing. Referrals made through unauthorized channels may not be eligible for rewards.

Qualified Referrals: A referral will be considered qualified when the referred individual meets the specified criteria, such as becoming a paying customer, successful hire, or meeting any other predetermined qualification. The exact qualification criteria will be communicated by Aptech Staffing.

Incentives: Referrers may be eligible for incentives, rewards, or bonuses for each qualified referral, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the referral program. The nature and value of incentives will be clearly communicated by Aptech Staffing.

Non-Solicitation: Referrers are prohibited from using spam, unethical marketing practices, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation to obtain referrals. Referrals obtained through such means may result in disqualification from the referral program.

Fair Play: Referrers are expected to make referrals in good faith and refrain from any attempts to manipulate the program or exploit loopholes. Aptech Staffing reserves the right to disqualify participants engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Program Changes: Aptech Staffing reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. changes, updates, or terminations will be communicated through the referral page or other official channels.

Discretionary Authority: Aptech Staffing retains the right to review and make the final determination on the eligibility of referrals and the distribution of rewards. Decisions made by Aptech Staffing are final and binding.

By participating in the referral program, referrers acknowledge and agree to comply with these rules and any additional terms and conditions specified by Aptech Staffing.
